Guests are to call into the reservations department at 1-855-332-1601, select #1 to reach the Colorado resorts, and then option #4 for Vail or Beaver Creek lodging options and refer to group code CM2NUR to book their reservation.

The country is opening back up so the reservations team can be busy at times. First thing in the morning or in the afternoon is the best time to call. Lunch time is usually the busiest from 10am-2pm MST.

Check in is 4pm, check out is 11am. if guests want an early check in or check out, that is based on availability and they can make the request when booking.
